摘要

目的 探讨多层CT容积扫描+三维重建定性诊断孤立性肺结节(SPN)效果及作用.方法 选取2020年7月—2022年12月本院收治的50例SPN患者为研究对象,患者均接受多层CT容积扫描、三维重建检查.根据良恶性分为良性组和恶性组,分析良恶性参数、病理结果等.结果 恶性组增强峰值、血容量、表面通透性高于良性组,恶性组增强峰值时间短于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).50例患者病理检查明确SPN良性15例,恶性35例.多层CT容积扫描诊断敏感度62.86%、特异度66.67%、准确度64.00%;三维重建诊断敏感度71.43%、特异度73.33%、准确度72.00%;多层CT容积扫描+三维重建诊断敏感度94.29%、特异度93.33%、准确度94.00%.结论 SPN定性诊断采用多层CT容积扫描+三维重建,作用明显,诊断效能较好.

Abstract

Objective To explore effect and function of multi-slice CT volume+3D reconstruction in qualitative diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods The paper chose 50 SPN patients with multi-slice CT volume and 3D reconstruction examinations from July 2020 to December 2022,and alyzed benign and malignant parameters,pathological results,etc.Results Malignant group had high peak enhancement,blood volume,and surface permeability(P<0.05),and short peak enhancement time(P<0.05).Pathological examination confirmed 15 cases of benign SPN and 35 cases of malignant SPN among 50 patients.Sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of multi-slice CT volumetric diagnosis was 62.86%,66.67%,and 64.00%respectively.Sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of 3D reconstruction diagnosis was 71.43%,73.33%,and 72.00%respectively.Diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of multi-slice CT volume and 3D reconstruction was 94.29%,93.33%,and 94.00%respectively.Conclusion Multi-layer CT volume+3D reconstruction can achieve significant effect and good diagnostic effect for qualitative diagnosis of SPN.
