Evaluation of Dynamic Enhanced MRI Quantitative Parameters in HIFU Treatment of Uterine Fibroids
Objective To explore and evaluate effect of dynamic enhanced MRI quantitative parameters in high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with uterine fibroids treated with HIFU in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 as study subjects, measured various quantitative parameters based on dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI),and divided them into two groups according to ablation rate of myoMA volume:group A had ablation≥70%(n=37),and group B had ablation<70%(n=23).Results Volume of fibroids after HIFU treatment was significantly smaller than before treatment, and Ktrans,Kep,Ve,Vp,BF,BV were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Levels of Ktrans,Kep,Ve,BF,and BV of group A were lower than Group B(P<0.05),while Vp between two groups was equivalent(P>0.05).Conclusion Quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI have high application value in evaluation of curative effect of HIFU for uterine fibroids, can evaluate curative effect of HIFU through various parameters, provide reliable basis for subsequent clinical treatment.
