Cervical Cancer Screening for 13000 Women in Wuwei City Liangzhou District from 2021 to 2022
Objective To understand screening situation of cervical cancer of women in Wuwei City Liangzhou District from 2021 to 2022 comprehensively,and provide relevant prevention and treatment data,to establish long-term mechanism for cervical cancer prevention in future.Methods The paper chose 13000 women aged 33-64 residing in Wuwei City Liangzhou District from March 2021 to September 2023 for two cancer survey,and collected their general information,observed knowledge of cervical cancer screening and cervical disease cognition of study subjects,and analyzed influencing factors of women's knowledge of cervical cancer screening in Wuwei City Liangzhou District based on logistic regression equations.Results Awareness rate of cervical disease knowledge of women in Wuwei City Liangzhou District was 55.94%,with awareness rate of cervical cancer screening knowledge of 32.52%,indicating significant room for improvement.There was significant difference in age,education level,occupation,marital status,family history,and history of cervical disease between women being aware and unaware of cervical cancer screening,(P<0.05).Logistic regression equation results showed,age,education level,occupation,marital status,family history,and history of cervical diseases was factors affecting knowledge level of cervical cancer screening of women in Wuwei City Liangzhou District.Conclusion During cervical cancer screening,it is necessary to pay attention to various influencing factors,and explore suitable cervical cancer examination service models for grassroots hospitals actively,find and treat the disease early,to achieve maximum improvement of prognosis and enhance living standards of women.
