目的 针对盐城市亭湖区公共场所的卫生状况进行深入调研,旨在明晰其主要存在的健康危害因素,从而为制定科学、合理的防治措施提供坚实的数据支持和理论依据。方法 对亭湖区2022-2023年监测的公共场所进行健康危害因素结果分析。结果 2022-2023年共监测11家公共场所,检测278份样品,合格212份,样品合格率为76。26%。其中理发店4家,样品合格率为72。12%,主要不合格项目为氨(0)、噪声(0)、颗粒物(12。50%)、CO2(50。00%)、微小气候(58。33%)、理发梳菌落总数(75。00%);候诊室3家,样品合格率为87。27%,主要不合格项目是颗粒物(50。00%)和微小气候(55。56%);沐浴场所4家,样品合格率为74。79%,其中主要不合格项目为湿度(0)、毛巾pH值(12。50%)、噪声(25。00%)、拖鞋真菌(91。70%)。不同类型场所样品合格率之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=4。81,P>0。05)。公共场所空气质量合格率与公共用品用具样品微生物指标合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=32。12,P<0。05)。理发店与沐浴场所毛巾pH值合格率之间存在统计学差异(χ2=19。05,P<0。05)。结论 亭湖区公共场所现场调查和健康危害因素监测总体情况尚可,需加强卫生监督和卫生管理工作。
On-Site Monitoring Results Analysis and Problem Exploration of Public Places in Tinghu District,Yancheng City from 2022 to 2023
Objective To understand sanitary status of public places in Tinghu District,Yancheng City,study main health hazards and provide basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures.Methods The paper analyzed health hazard factors of public places in Tinghu District from 2022 to 2023,carried on sampling chi square test or corrected chi square test,difference was statistically significant,with P<0.05.Results 11 public places were monitored from 2022 to 2023,with 278 samples tested and 212 qualified,with a sample qualification rate of 78.42%.Among them,there were 4 hair salons,with a sample qualification rate of 77.88%.Main unqualified items were ammonia(0),noise(0),CO2(50.00%),microclimate(58.30%),total number of hair comb colonies(75.00%),and particulate matter(87.50%).There were three waiting rooms,with a sample qualification rate of 87.27%.The main unqualified items were particulate matter(50.00%)and microclimate(55.60%).There were 4 bathing places,with sample qualification rate of 74.79%.The main unqualified items were humidity(0),towel pH value(12.50%),noise(25.00%),and slipper fungi(91.70%).There was no statistically significant difference in qualification rate of samples from different types of locations(P>0.05).There was statistical difference between qualified rate of air quality in public places and qualified rate of microbial indicators in samples of public goods and appliances(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in pH qualified rate of towels between barbershops and bathing places(P<0.05).Conclusion Overall situation of on-site investigation and hazard factor monitoring in public places in Tinghu District is worrying,it is necessary to strengthen sanitary supervision and management.
