Objective To analyze clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of immunological infertility.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with immunological infertility in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022,and divided them into groups with red and blue envelope method.Control group was treated with Western medicine,n=30,analysis group with assisting pregnancy decoction+western medicine,n=30.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Endocrine hormone indicators of two groups were analyzed in detail,after feedback intervention,FSH and E2 levels in analysis group showed significant difference from control group(P<0.05).However,there was balanced difference in LH and T indicators between two groups(P>0.05).Further analysis of clinical effect was carried out between two groups.Analysis group showed better clinical effect after intervention than control group,there was significant data difference,with(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve endocrine hormone indicators,promote clinical effect of patients with immunological infertility,which can be promoted.
