Clinical Observation on Glazer Evaluation Guided Magnetoelectric Combined Therapy for Improving Postpartum Pelvic Floor Muscle Function
Objective To explore clinical effect of Glazer guided magnetoelectric combined therapy in improving postpartum pelvic floor muscle function. Methods The paper chose 88 parturients with delivery during menstrual cycle in our hospital and divided them into observation group of 45 cases(magneto electric combined group)and control group of 43 cases(electric stimulation group).Standard pelvic floor surface electromyography Glazer and modified Oxford muscle strength grading was evaluated before and after treatment, curative effect was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in resting muscle potential,a shortened rapid relaxation time, and an increase in electromyographic values during the rapid contraction, tense contraction, and endurance contraction stages. The difference was statistically significant compared to before treatment(P<0.001),and the amplitude of changes in the rapid contraction, tense contraction, and endurance contraction stages in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001);The abnormal rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on Glazer evaluation guidance, magneto electric combined therapy can significantly improve postpartum pelvic floor muscle function, enhance muscle strength, and improve abnormal conditions.
