Curative Effect Analysis of Protaper Nickel Titanium Rotary Instrument for Root Canal Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease
Objective To explore clinical effect of ProTaper nickel titanium rotary instrument root canal treatment for dental pulp disease.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with dental pulp disease treated with root canal therapy in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group of 43 cases and observation group of 43 cases based on different treatment methods.Control group was treated with stainless steel K-file root canal treatment,while observation group with ProTaper nickel titanium rotary instrument root canal treatment.Root canal filling effect,treatment satisfaction degree,incidence of adverse events,and pain scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Effect of root canal filling and treatment satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,pain scores of patients in observation group on the 1st and 3rd day were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ProTaper nickel titanium rotary instruments can achieve significant curative effect in treatment of dental pulp disease,reduce incidence of postoperative pain and adverse events effectively,increase satisfaction degree of patients during treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
