Objective To explore clinical effect of early comprehensive TCM rehabilitation therapy for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,while observation group with early comprehensive TCM rehabilitation therapy.Clinical effect,neurological and motor function indicators,and life quality related indicators were compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,while FMA scores and FCA scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).The BI index,FIM scores,and SS-QOL scores of observation group were higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive TCMrehabilitation therapy can achieve significant clinical effect for patients with cerebral infarction,can improve limb mobility and walking ability,reduce degree of neurological deficits,and enhance life independence and self-care ability effectively.
