Curative Effect Analysis of Xuezhikang Capsules Combined with Ezetimibe Tablets for Elderly Hyperlipidemia
Objective To study curative effect of Xuezhikang capsules combined with ezetimibe in treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia and effect of reducing TC(total cholesterol),LDL-C(low-density lipoprotein),and hs CRP(hypersensitive C-reactive protein)levels.Methods The paper chose 122 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 as main subjects,and divided them into groups with random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Xuezhikang capsules,while observation group with Xuezhikang capsules combined with Ezetimibe Tablets.Clinical total effective rate,blood lipid indicators(total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein),and inflammatory factors(hypersensitive C-reactive protein)were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,with statistical significance;Total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein levels after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment,while total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein levels in observation group was lower than control group after treatment,with statistical significance;Levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than control group after treatment,with statistical significance.Conclusion Xuezhikang capsules combined with Ezetimibe Tablets can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia,can improve blood lipid levels,reduce inflammatory response of patients,which has significant reference and clinical promotion value.
