Objective To explore value of serum cystatin C(Cys-C),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and urinary microalbumin creatinine ratio(AcR)in diagnosis of early diabetes nephropathy(DN).Methods The paper chose 135 patients in Changshu City the First People's Hospital,Changshu City the Second People's Hospital and Changshu TCM Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 for study,and divided them into 82 cases in diabetes group and 53 cases in early diabetes nephropathy group according to the pathological diagnosis,and another 50 cases from health examination center in healthy control group.Early diagnostic value of serum Cys-C,HbA1c and AcR of three groups for diabetes nephropathy was observed and compared.Results Serum Cys-C,HbA1c and AcR in early diabetes nephropathy group were significantly higher than diabetes group and healthy control group,(P<0.05).Positive rates of Cys-C,HbA1c and AcR in early diabetes nephropathy group were higher than diabetes group and healthy control group.Sensitivity of serum Cys-C,HbA1c,and AcR detection for diagnosing DN was 92.45%,88.68%,and 94.34%respectively,with accuracy rates of 95.14%,67.57%,and 90.81%,and Kappa values of 0.88,0.38,and 0.79 respectively.Conclusion Serum Cys-C,HbA1c and AcR can achieve high diagnostic effect and high diagnostic value in early diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy,which can help diagnosis and treatment of diabetes nephropathy.
