Analysis of Clinical,Endoscopic,and Pathological Characteristics of Gastric Polyps
Objective To explore clinical,endoscopic,and pathological characteristics of gastric polyps,and provide theoretical reference for diagnosis of gastric polyps and improve treatment level of gastric polyps in clinical practice.Methods The paper collected clinical data of 100 confirmed gastric polyp patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,and analyzed clinical,endoscopic,and pathological characteristics deeply.Results There were 25 cases(25.00%)of gastric body polyps,5 cases(5.00%)of cardia polyps,50 cases(50.00%)of gastric fundus polyps,18 cases(18.00%)of gastric antrum polyps,and 2 cases(2.00%)of pyloric polyps.Pathological types:there were 32 cases(32.00%)of proliferative polyps,60 cases(60.00%)of gastric fundus gland polyps,6 cases(6.00%)of inflammatory polyps,and 2 cases(2.00%)of adenomatous polyps.Polyp size:there were 80 cases(80.00%)of polyps<1cm,14 cases(14.00%)of polyps 1~1.9cm,and 6 cases(6.00%)of polyps≥2cm.Other situations:there were 6 cases(6.00%)of dysplasia were detected,including four cases(4.00%)in gastric antrum and 2 cases(2.00%)in gastric body.Conclusion Analysis of clinical,endoscopic,and pathological characteristics of gastric polyps has some certain guiding significance for diagnosis and treatment of clinical gastric polyps,which is conducive to improving level of diagnosis and treatment of gastric polyps.
