Teaching Practice and Research on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Course"Internal Medicine"Based on Multi Track(PBL,CBL,Seminar)Teaching Model
Objective To explore new teaching model of Internal Medicine and observe application effect of multi track(PBL,CBL,Seminar)teaching model in teaching of Internal Medicine in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine major.Methods The paper chose 64 students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the Second Clinical College of Chongqing Medical University from March 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into control group(treated with PBL+CBL teaching mode)and study group(with PBL,CBL,Seminar multi track teaching mode)randomly,with 32 students in each group.Performance evaluation,teaching satisfaction,and questionnaire survey content of students was compared between different groups.Results Performance evaluation in study group(multiple choice questions(A1 type)and medical record analysis questions)was better than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with teaching in study group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey content of study group(learning time,self-learning ability,independent thinking ability,communication ability,analytical and problem-solving ability,team spirit,etc.)was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi track(PBL,CBL,Seminar)teaching mode can improve academic performance and enhance various abilities of students in teaching of Internal Medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine major,which has high practical application value.
