Application Research of PBL Teaching Mode in Psychiatry Teaching
Objective To study application value of PBL teaching mode in psychiatry teaching.Methods The paper chose 162 undergraduate clinical students from April to June 2023 for survey,and divided them into PBL group(observation group)and traditional teaching group(control group)randomly,with 81 cases in each group.Test lasted for three months,with an interval of one month.Difference between two groups was compared after three tests with the same test paper.Results Clinical undergraduate students in observation group scoresd(92.7±3.3)points,(93.8±2.4)points,(94.7±3.9)points,and(92.8±1.9)points in core disease knowledge,differential diagnosis ability,patient communication ability,and humanistic care ability respectively,significantly higher than(83.3±2.6)points,(81.6±0.7)points,(81.3±2.0)points,and(83.5±2.4)points in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Satisfaction evaluation of internship unit in observation group was completely satisfactory,with scores of 98.77%(80/81),significantly higher than 74.07%(60/81)in control group,with statistical significance(P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Application and practice of PBL teaching method can improve ability and internship satisfaction degree of clinical undergraduate students in psychiatry teaching,which has can be widely promoted and implemented as an effective teaching method among clinical undergraduate students.
