Effect of Nursing Scheme Based on Roy Adaptation Model for Psychological Status and Function Improvement of Sepsis Patients in ICU
Objective To study effect of nursing scheme based on Roy adaptation model on psychological status and functional improvement of sepsis patients in ICU.Methods The paper chose 80 sepsis patients in ICU from January 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while study group with nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation model.Psychological state(SDS,SAS)scores,post-traumatic growth(PTGI)scores,and sleep quality(PSQI)scores were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SDS scores,SAS scores,PTGI scores,and PSQI scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,SDS scores,SAS scores,and PSQI scores of two groups were lower than after intervention,PTGI scores were higher than after intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,SDS scores,SAS scores,and PSQI scores of study group were lower than control group,PTGI scores were higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing scheme based on Roy's adaptation model can achieve significant effect for nursing of sepsis patients in ICU,can improve psychological state and post-traumatic growth level,and enhance sleep quality of patients effectively.
