Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Psychological Status and Treatment Compliance of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological status and treatment compliance of prostate hyperplasia.Methods The paper chose 72 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(from January 2021 to January 2023)as research subjects,and divided them into two groups with random digital method:control group was treated with general nursing and study group with comprehensive nursing.After evaluating following indicators,effect of comprehensive nursing was analyzed,including psychological status,pain level,complications,treatment compliance,and life quality.Results ① Psychological state:study group had lower scores of anxiety,depression,etc.than control group(P<0.05).② Pain level:study group had lower levels of pain(NRS)than control group(P<0.05).③ Complications:incidence of urinary retention and bladder spasm in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).④ Treatment compliance:study group had higher level of treatment compliance than control group(P<0.05).⑤ Life quality:study group had higher scores on various life quality indicators than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can acheive significant effect for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,can improve postoperative psychological and pain conditions,reduce complications,improve diagnosis and treatment compliance with ideal prognosis,which is worthy of reference.
