Application of 3D Printing Technology Assisted Surgery Combined with Diversified Perioperative Nursing in Accelerating Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Tibial Plateau
Objective To explore application effect of 3D printing technology simulation surgery combined with diversified perioperative nursing in accelerating rehabilitation nursing for patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods The paper chose 83 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital,and divided them into control group of 41 cases and observation group of 42 cases based on assisted surgery of 3D printing technology.Control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing,while observation group with 3D printing technology to simulate surgery combined with diversified perioperative nursing.Perioperative surgical related indicators,proficiency in traditional Chinese medicine nursing cooperation,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,pain level,and postoperative knee joint function scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results Observation group had better perioperative surgical related indicators and proficiency in traditional Chinese medicine nursing cooperation than control group;scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative Knee Joint Function Scale(HSS)scores in postoperative group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology assisted surgery combined with diversified rapid rehabilitation interventions can significantly improve surgical related indicators,reduce surgical stress and trauma,alleviate anxiety,improve knee joint function,shorten hospital stay,accelerate postoperative recovery,and achieve better results than routine perioperative nursing during perioperative period.
