摘要

目的 评判中医特色康复护理的实施,对股骨粗隆间骨折患者疼痛、睡眠质量的影响.方法 将2020年6月—2021年6月本院收治的107例股骨粗隆间骨折患者以随机平行法分为研究组(54例)和参照组(53例).其中,研究组施行中医特色康复护理模式,参照组施行常规护理模式,比较两组的护理效果.结果 干预前,研究组和参照组的疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的疼痛评分低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,研究组、参照组的睡眠质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的睡眠质量评分低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 股骨粗隆间骨折患者接受中医特色康复护理干预,在缓解患者疼痛症状、提高睡眠质量及降低术后并发症发生率方面的优势均显著.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing for pain and sleep quality of patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods The paper chose 107 patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021,and divided them into study group and reference group with randomly parallel method,with 54 cases in study group and 53 cases in reference group.Study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing model,while reference group with routine nursing model.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in pain scores between study group and reference group(P>0.05).After intervention,study group had lower pain scores than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between study group and reference group(P>0.05).After intervention,study group had lower sleep quality scores than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing interventions can acheive significant advantages in improving pain symptoms,sleep quality,and reducing incidence of postoperative complications of patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.
