Improvement Evaluation Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Rehabilitation Nursing for Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients with Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures
Objective To evaluate effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing for pain and sleep quality of patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods The paper chose 107 patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021,and divided them into study group and reference group with randomly parallel method,with 54 cases in study group and 53 cases in reference group.Study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing model,while reference group with routine nursing model.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in pain scores between study group and reference group(P>0.05).After intervention,study group had lower pain scores than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between study group and reference group(P>0.05).After intervention,study group had lower sleep quality scores than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing interventions can acheive significant advantages in improving pain symptoms,sleep quality,and reducing incidence of postoperative complications of patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.
