Evaluation and Analysis of Systematic Health Education and Nursing for Rheumatoid Arthritis and Effect on Sleep Quality of Patients
Objective:To analyze effect of systematic health education on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The paper chose 60 patients in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with systematic health education on the basis of control group.Curative effect was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in experimental scores between two groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,psychological condition scores decreased,quality of self-care and sleep gradually improved.Observation group had better values than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education and nursing can improve psychological condition of rheumatoid arthritis patients,improve self-care ability of patients,suppress onset of the disease gradually,and ensure sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
