Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Intervention on Blood Phosphorus,Health Knowledge and Compliance Behavior of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis
Objective To explore effect of multidisciplinary collaborative intervention on blood phosphorus, health knowledge, and compliance behavior of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The paper chose 66 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia in hemodialysis room of our hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 as the subjects, and divided them into observation group and control group with random number table method, with 33 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine comprehensive intervention, and observation group with integrated medical and nursing interventions on the basis.Blood phosphorus levels, blood phosphorus control compliance rate, health knowledge, and compliance behavior scores were compared between two groups before and 3 months after intervention. Results Blood phosphorus levels, protein, potassium, phosphorus intake, health knowledge mastery scores, and medical order execution scores after the intervention were significant better in both groups(P<0.05).After intervention, blood phosphorus level, protein, potassium, and phosphorus intake in observation group was lower than control group.Blood phosphorus compliance rate, health knowledge mastery scores, and medical order execution scores in observation group were higher than in control group, and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention can further control blood phosphorus levels and improve blood phosphorus compliance rate of hyperphosphatemia hemodialysis patients on the basis of routine intervention, optimize dietary structure, promote mastery of relevant professional knowledge, and improve ability to execute medical orders of patients.
