Application Effect of Humanistic Care Nursing for Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
Objective To explore significance of humanistic care nursing for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into groups with digital table method.25 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and 25 cases in experimental group with humanistic care nursing.Compliance behavior,blood glucose levels,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups after nursing.Results After humanistic care nursing,compliance scores in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood glucose levels between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of nursing in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),data showed statistically significant.Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can improve compliance behavior,control blood sugar of patients effectively,which is worth promoting.
