Effect of Dynamic Electrocardiogram Application in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia Patients
Objective To explore effect and value of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia patients in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 73 suspected coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 as experimental subjects randomly,treated with routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram examinations.Indicators of different arrhythmia detection rates and diagnostic effect were compared with gold standard of coronary angiography diagnosis results.Results Detection rate of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia by dynamic electrocardiogram was higher than routine electrocardiogram,data showed statistical significant difference,(P<0.05).Diagnostic effect for coronary heart disease and arrhythmia by dynamic electrocardiogram was better,with higher accuracy and sensitivity than routine electrocardiogram,data showed statistical significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diagnostic specificity between two electrocardiogram methods,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram can achieve good diagnostic effect in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,with short duration,simple operation and high promotion value in clinical practice.
