Health Status Analysis of College Students and Countermeasures for Nursing Health Education
Objective To analyze health status of college students and evaluate strategies and effect of nursing health education.Methods The paper carried out survey on health status of college students in our college with equidistant sampling and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-900)from January 2022 to April 2023.Disease situation and health quotient test results of college students were analyzed.Results Upper respiratory tract infections,ear,nose and throat diseases,and ophthalmic diseases were main types of diseases for college students,accounting for 26.55%,18.11%,and 15.67%respectively.Health knowledge scores of college students were relatively low,which were vigilance index.Health level,self-care,life skills,lifestyle,and healthy psychology was relatively ideal health indicators.Conclusion Health status of college students needs to be improved further,and health quotient should to be improved.Targeted nursing and health education measures should be taken based on related issues to improve their physical and mental health.
