门诊中药饮片处方点评及合理用药研究

摘要
在临床用药过程中,处方点评是十分重要的环节,结合处方点评结果,能够准确判断用药的合理性与安全性,对预防不合理用药有积极的影响.基于此,本研究围绕临床用药管理展开讨论,分析不合理用药的发生原因及危害性,探讨处方点评的相关措施及应用效果.
Abstract
During process of clinical medication,prescription review is a important link.Based on results of prescription review,rationality and safety of medication can be accurately diagnosed,with positive effect on preventing occurrence of unreasonable medication problems.Based on this,the paper discussed clinical medication management,analyzed causes and harmfulness of irrational medication,and explored relevant measures and application effect of prescription review.
