Analysis and Study on Adverse Reactions Caused by Compatibility of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines and Simple Preparations
Objective To explore incidence of adverse reactions caused by compatibility of western medicine and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with adverse reactions caused by the combination of western medicine and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations from August 2022 to August 2023 as study subjects.Symptoms and causes of unreasonable compatibility and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results:Among 88 cases of ADR caused by the combination of western medicine and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,42 cases(47.73%)suffered from nervous system injury,significantly higher than other types of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Causes of adverse reactions analysis showed,51 cases were caused by excessive dosage of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,accounting for 57.95%,significantly higher than other factors,(P<0.05).As administration methods,45 cases were administered by injection,accounting for approximately 51.14%,significantly higher than other methods(P<0.05).Conclusion The most ADRs caused by combination of western medicine and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations are nervous system damage.It is necessary to pay attention to rational use of drug compatibility clinically to ensure effect and avoid incidence of adverse reactions.
