Clinical Effect of Lacrimal Duct Catheterization in Treatment of Lacrimal Duct Stenosis Or Obstruction
Objective To study effect of lacrimal duct catheterization on patients with lacrimal duct stenosis or obstruction.Methods The paper chose 50 patients treated with lacrimal duct catheterization in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and compared symptoms and curative effect before and after treatment.Results Symptom scores after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,OSDI and SF-36 scores were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).After statistics,effective rate of treatment reached 96.00%,and 10 cases(20.00%)of postoperative complications occurred.Corresponding treatment measures were taken to solve the problems.Conclusion Lacrimal duct catheterization can achieve curative effect effectively,improve symptoms and life quality of patients with lacrimal duct stenosis or obstruction.Postoperative complications may occur to varying degrees,which can be recovered after treatment.
