Effect Discussion of Pregnancy with Diabetes on Incidence of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes and Maternal and Infant Outcomes
Objective To analyze effect of pregnancy with diabetes on incidence of preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM)and maternal and infant outcomes. Methods The paper chose 60 pregnant women with diabetes from August 2019 to July 2023 as study group, and 60 healthy pregnant women with prenatal examination at the same time as reference group.Incidence of premature rupture of membranes before term and maternal and infant outcomes were compared. Results Incidence proportion of premature rupture of membranes under full term in study group was significantly higher than reference group, with P<0.05.Study group had higher incidence of premature birth, cesarean section, polyhydramnios, and gestational hypertension than control group, hypothesis test was significant, with P<0.05.Results of adverse events of newborns showed, study group had higher proportion of data on neonatal asphyxia, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, macrosomia, and respiratory distress syndrome than control group, hypothesis test was significant, with P<0.05.Conclusion Pregnancy with diabetes can increase incidence of preterm premature rupture of membranes significantly, and affect maternal and infant outcomes seriously. Therefore, clinical diagnosis and treatment should be strengthened to reduce incidence of preterm premature rupture of membranes, maternal and infant complications and pregnancy risks.
