Effect Analysis of Laryngeal Mask Airway Ventilation on Clinical Anesthesia in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department
Objective To explore application effect of laryngeal mask airway ventilation under general anesthesia during research of clinical anesthesia methods in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods The paper chose 76 clinical anesthesia patients in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control groups with 38 cases(treated with tracheal intubation general anesthesia ventilation)and experimental group with 38 cases(with laryngeal mask general anesthesia ventilation)evenly according to computer table method.Hemodynamic indicators and incidence of adverse reactions before and after ventilation were compared between two groups.Results Hemodynamic indicators:there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and heart rate levels between groups before ventilation(P>0.05).After ventilation,experimental group had more stable systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and heart rate levels,Indicators showed statistical significance between groups,(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions:index values of experimental group were significantly lower than control group,comparison was statistically significant between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask airway ventilation can maintain hemodynamic stability,reduce risks of adverse reactions,and ensure safety and effect of surgical treatment of patients during clinical anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology department.
