Effect Observation of Modified Divine Pain-Relief Decoction Combined with Hemorrhoid Surgery on Anal Edge Edema of Patients
Objective To study effect of modified divine pain-relief decoction on patients with hemorrhoid surgery. Methods The paper chose 120 patients with hemorrhoid surgery in general surgery department from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into experimental group and control group with simple random method.Experimental group(n=60)was treated with modified divine pain-relief decoction, while control group(n=60)with routine therapy.Clinical effect was evaluated between two groups, time for symptom improvement was calculated, anal motility indicators were detected, pain degree at different time points after surgery was observed, and above indicators were compared. Results Total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Improvement time of symptoms in experimental group was shorter than control group, with statistical value(P<0.05).After treatment, anal motility indicators in experimental group were lower than control group, and rectal resting pressure was higher than control group. There was significant difference between the groups,(P<0.05).At 1 day,3 days, and 7 days after treatment, pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in experimental group were lower, with statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion Divine pain-relief decoction can reduce anal edge edema, improve anorectal motility indicators, and reduce pain of hemorrhoid surgery patients, which is worthy of reference.
