Application Effect Research of Quality Control in Quality Management of Blood Purification Nursing
Objective To study and analyze application effect of quality control in quality management of blood purification nursing.Methods The paper chose 64 blood purification patients in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023,and divided them into study group and control group with random number table method.32 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing management mode,while 32 cases in study group with quality control management mode.Monitoring time,length of stay,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was observed,nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups were compared.Results Nursing quality scores in study group were(96.23±3.47),significantly higher than(83.11±4.23)in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Overall nursing satisfaction degree of study group and control group was 93.75%and 71.88%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Observation time and length of stay for severe illness in study group was significantly shorter,there was significant difference between two groups,(P<0.05).Total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control management model can supervise and solve problems in study group during nursing process in a timely manner effectively,improve nursing efficiency,ensure quality of blood purification treatment,and reduce psychological and economic burden of patients during quality management of blood purification nursing.
