Curative Effect Analysis of Clopidogrel in Treatment of Acute Angina in Emergency Internal Medicine
Objective To analyze curative effect of clopidogrel in treatment of acute angina in emergency medicine deeply,and improve symptoms and reduce pains of patients.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with angina in emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as experimental subjects.After admission,patients were fully informed of experimental research content and participated in each group,including basic group(53 cases)and combination group(53 cases),treated with routine treatment,angina and clopidogrel based on routine treatment.Clinical effect of each group was compared,ideal treatment for angina was analyzed.Results There was significant difference in clinical curative effect between two groups,P<0.05,combination group had more significant curative effect.There was significant difference in clinical effect between combination group and basic group(P<0.05),that of combination group was significantly higher than basic group,with improvement rate of 98.11%and 88.68%respectively.There was significant difference in life quality(P<0.05),combination group had significant better life quality.13 cases in basic group experienced adverse reactions,while 3 cases in combination group experienced adverse reactions.There was significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P<0.05),with 24.53%in basic group and 5.66%in combination group.Combination group had better effect for incidence adverse reactions.Conclusion During process of acute angina treatment in emergency internal medicine,combination of routine treatment and clopidogrel medication can achieve ideal clinical effect,can improve clinical symptoms of patients,reduce frequency and duration of angina effectively,with fewer adverse reactions,and improve life quality of patients significantly,which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
