Curative Effect Evaluation of Omeprazole Enteric Coated Capsules Combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules in Treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis
Objective To evaluate and analyze clinical effect of omeprazole enteric coated capsules combined with bacillus licheniformis capsules in treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods The paper chose 130 patients with acute gastroenteritis in our hospital from January to June 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly by drawing lots.Red label patients in observation group(n=65)were treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsules combined with bacillus licheniformis capsules),while blue label patients in control group(n=65)with omeprazole enteric coated capsules only.Clinical effect,symptom improvement time,adverse drug reactions,APACHEIII scores and treatment time(condition scores,gastrointestinal function scores,hospital stay,treatment cost)were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Clinical effect,symptom improvement time,adverse drug reactions,APACHEIII scores,and treatment time(disease status scores,gastrointestinal function scores,length of stay,treatment cost)in observation group were better than control group,data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of omeprazole enteric coated capsules and bacillus licheniformis capsules can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of acute gastroenteritis,can improve clinical symptoms effectively,including abdominal pain,nausea,and diarrhea in patients,with fewer adverse reactions,less damage to body of patients,shorter treatment time,lower cost,and ideal overall effect evaluation,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
