Effect Exploration of Comprehensive Treatment on Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnancy Diabetes
Objective To study specific effect of comprehensive treatment on pregnancy outcome of pregnancy diabetes.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with diabetes in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 30 cases in each group,treated with routine treatment and comprehensive treatment respectively.Changes of blood glucose indicators,adverse pregnancy outcomes,neonatal pregnancy,clinical adverse reactions and follow-up life quality were evaluated between two groups.Results Observation group had significantly lower blood glucose indicators,lower total incidence of adverse pregnancies,better neonatal outcomes,lower incidence of clinical adverse reactions,and higher subsequent life quality scores than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can effectively improve blood sugar level,reduce adverse pregnancy rate,improve neonatal outcome,reduce adverse reactions,and improve overall life quality of diabetes patients during pregnancy.
