Clinical Observation of Bi-level Ventilator CPAP in Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Objective To analyze clinical effect of bi-level ventilator CPAP in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in the hospital from May 2020 to June 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into observation group and control group based on different treatment methods.Hemodynamics and ventilation blood gas values were comprehensively evaluated and compared between two groups. Results Average arterial pressure of observation group at 24 hours was significantly lower than control group, heart rate was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between two groups at 0 and 2 hours. The arterial oxygen partial pressure and ratio of arterial oxygen partial pressure to inhaled oxygen concentration in observation group was significantly higher than control group at 2 and 24 hours(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure. Conclusion BiPAP treatment can achieve certain advantages for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, can improve oxygenation and ventilation conditions.
