Clinical Effect Exploration of Amlodipine Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To observe clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 78 patients in our hospital from April 2022 to mid April 2023,and divided them into observation and control group with random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with metoprolol treatment only,while observation group with amlodipine combined with metoprolol treatment.Clinical intervention effect between two groups was analyzed and observed.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group.Levels of HR,LVESD,and LVEDD were lower than control group,while LVEF was higher than control group.Levels of inflammatory factors were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with metoprolol can improve cardiac function,reduce levels of inflammatory factors of coronary heart disease patients,which has high clinical application value.
