Clinical Effect Analysis of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage Technology in Treatment of 40 Cases of Orthopedic Trauma Infections
Objective To analyze curative effect of closed negative pressure drainage on orthopedic trauma infection patients.Methods Research period:from May 2021 to May 2022.Location:our hospital.Quantity:40 cases.Subjects:orthopedic trauma infection patients.Grouping method:random number table method.There were 20 cases in observation group and 20 cases in control group.Treatment methods:control group was treated with routine anti infection treatment,observation group with closed negative pressure drainage technology treatment.Curative effect,hospital stay,wound healing time,and complications were compared between two groups.Results Overall efficiency,length of stay,wound healing time,and incidence of complications in observation group was better than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage technology,as a new treatment method,can achieve good effect in treatment of orthopedic trauma infections,can promote wound healing and reduce incidence of complications effectively,which has significant clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and reference.
