Clinical Effect Observation of Huolong Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Thread Embedding in Treatment of Simple Obesity with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Obstruction Type
Objective To explore curative effect of Huolong moxibustion combined with acupoint thread embedding on simple obesity of spleen deficiency dampness obstruction type.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type simple obesity in disease prevention center of our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into control group(treated with acupoint thread embedding)and treatment group(with acupoint thread embedding and fire dragon moxibustion)with random number table method.Curative effect,physical condition,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,body weight,waist circumference,and body mass index between two groups was basically the same,with P>0.05.After treatment,three indicators in treatment group were lower than control group,with P<0.05.Total effective rate of treatment in treatment group was higher than control group,with P<0.05.Before treatment,TCM symptom scores between two groups were basically consistent,with P>0.05.After treatment,TCM symptom scores in treatment group were lower than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of Huolong moxibustion and acupoint thread embedding therapy can achieve significant curative effect on simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type,can regulate physical condition and alleviate clinical symptoms of patients effectively.
