External Application Effect of Dissolving Lump Ointment on Preventing and Treating Local Induration of Vascular Access of Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To explore external application effect of dissolving lump ointment on prevention and treatment of local induration of vascular access of hemodialysis patients.Methods The paper chose 60 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups.Control group was treated with Hirudoid ointment,while study group with dissolving lump ointment.Clinical effect,complications,and serum indicators were observed and analyzed between two groups.Results Clinical effect of study group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Study group had lower IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α levels than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dissolving lump paste ointment can effectively prevent occurrence of local induration of vascular access of hemodialysis patients,with relatively few complications,which is worthy of promotion.
