加味麻杏石甘汤治疗肺炎咳嗽患儿的临床效果及对其炎症反应的影响研究

摘要
目的 评估加味麻杏石甘汤治疗肺炎咳嗽患儿的临床效果,并探讨其对炎症反应的影响.方法 选择2020年—2021年本院收治的60例肺炎咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组接受加味麻杏石甘汤治疗,对照组接受常规治疗.比较两组患儿咳嗽症状、体温、白细胞计数和C-反应蛋白水平的变化.结果 治疗后,观察组咳嗽症状明显减轻,体温恢复正常的时间较短,白细胞计数和C-反应蛋白水平显著下降,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05).结论 加味麻杏石甘汤能有效治疗肺炎咳嗽患儿,缓解咳嗽症状,降低体温,减少炎症反应.因此,加味麻杏石甘汤作为一种有效的治疗肺炎咳嗽的中药方剂,值得在临床实践中推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of modified ephedra,apricot kernel,gypsum and licorice decoction for children with pneumonia and cough,and explore its effect on inflammatory response.Methods The paper chose 60 children with pneumonia and cough in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 as research subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with modified ephedra,apricot kernel,gypsum and licorice decoction,while control group with routine treatment.Changes in cough symptoms,body temperature,white blood cell count,and C-reactive protein levels were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,cough symptoms in observation group were significantly alleviated,body temperature returning to normal time was shorter,white blood cell count and C-reactive protein levels were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified ephedra,apricot kernel,gypsum and licorice decoction can treat children with pneumonia and cough effectively,alleviate cough symptoms,lower body temperature,and reduce inflammatory reactions.Therefore,it can be effective traditional Chinese medicine formula for pneumonia and cough,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
