Teaching Methods Exploration of Microbiological Laboratory of Medical Laboratory Technology Majors in Higher Vocational Education
Based on talents cultivation plan for medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational education and teaching objectives of microbiology laboratory course,in accordance with requirements of clinical microbiology laboratory positions,combined with characteristics of vocational college students,the paper attempted project-based teaching methods in teaching process,and integrated ideological and political education effectively,to promote collaborative education of ideological and political education and professional course teaching,proposed reform of teaching evaluation methods,and combination of organic combination of process evaluation and final evaluation.Through various teaching reforms,we can cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents engaged in clinical medical laboratory work,and guide students to establish correct"three views",and cultivate their patriotism and sense of professional responsibility for work.
