摘要
回顾性分析内蒙古自治区妇幼保健院PICU 于2019年1月—2021年11月收治的2例重症甲基丙二酸血症患儿的临床资料及护理情况,并随访1年以上.由于本病少见,易误诊、漏诊,因此应密切观察病情,做到早认识、早诊断,实施综合护理,防止感染,加强健康教育.
Abstract
To review and analyze clinical data and nursing of two children with severe methylmalonic acidemia in PICU of Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to November 2021,and carry on follow-up for more than one year.The disease is rare,with possibility of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,and closely monitoring the condition,strengthening early recognition and diagnosis,and comprehensive nursing management including comprehensive nursing,infection prevention,and health education,is essential for the disease.
