Effect Analysis of Physical Construction of Trauma Center for Patients with Severe Multiple Injuries
Objective To explore effect of physical construction of trauma center on patients with severe multiple injuries.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 28 patients with severe multiple injuries from September 2021 to August 2022 as control group(when no trauma center was established).The physical trauma center was established in our hospital in September 2022 and launched level I trauma center evaluation in April 2023.The trauma center pre hospital warning linkage system was launched in February 2023.The paper chose 22 patients with severe multiple injuries from February 2023 to October 2023 as observation group,and compared CT examination completion time,emergency stay time,blood transfusion time,ICU length of stay,total length of stay,total hospitalization cost,injury control surgery start rate within 1 hour,and mortality rate between two groups.Results CT examination completion time,emergency stay time,blood transfusion time,ICU length of stay,total length of stay,total hospitalization cost,no mortality rate in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Starting rate of injury control surgery within 1 hour was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical construction of trauma center can improve emergency response efficiency of patients with severe multiple injuries,shorten treatment time,and reduce mortality rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
