Predictive Nursing Effect of Iodine Allergy Reaction in CT Examination and Its Effect on Psychological Status and Iodine Allergy Rate
Objective To study clinical value of predictive nursing intervention for patients with contrast agent of iodine during CT examination. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with CT scans with contrast agent of iodine in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.30 cases in control group were treated with routine imaging examination and nursing,30 cases in observation group with predictive nursing intervention.Incidence of iodine allergic reactions, psychological status scores before and after nursing, cooperation in examination procedures, nursing satisfaction degree,CT examination procedures, and post examination observation time were compared between two groups. Results After statistical analysis, incidence of iodine allergy reaction in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),difference was significant.Meanwhile, nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).CT examination and observation time in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can prevent incidence of iodine allergic reactions effectively, maintain good psychological state, cooperate with operation actively, shorten operation and observation time after examination, and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients with CT examination with enhancing contrast agent of iodine.
