Application Analysis of Full Process Management in Safety and Quality Management of Blood Products in Blood Stations
Objective To analyze methods and application value of full process management in safety and quality management of blood products in blood stations.Methods Blood products in the blood station were managed with routine methods from March to December 2022(control group),those were managed with full process management from January to December 2023(observation group).The paper chose 200 patients as research subjects with different periods respectively,to evaluate safety and quality management effect of blood products in blood stations.Results Blood contamination rate and scrap rate in observation group was significantly lower than control group,while red blood cell storage period,reagent storage period,and first bag of blood reagents in observation group was significantly shorter than control group.Adverse reactions to blood transfusion in observation group was less than control group,comparison of various parameters showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening full process management can further ensure management quality of blood products and safety of blood transfusion patients during safety and quality management of blood products in blood stations.
