甲状腺结节超声评估及细针穿刺病理诊断良恶性的价值比较

摘要
目的 比较甲状腺结节超声评估及细针穿刺病理诊断良恶性的价值.方法 选取本院2022年1月—2023年5月收治的314例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受甲状腺结节超声检查及细针穿刺病理检查.治疗后,对甲状腺结节超声及细针穿刺病理诊断的结果进行评估.结果 在超声引导下,细针穿刺活检结果显示,恶性86例,良性197例,不能定性的31例,与手术和病理的结果基本一致(P>0.05).超声引导下的穿刺正确率为99.33%.结论 在甲状腺结节的诊断中,采用超声引导下的针吸方法,可以更准确、更安全地判断结节的性质,是一种值得在临床上推广的方法.
Abstract
Objective To compare value of ultrasound evaluation and fine needle puncture in pathological diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods The paper chose 314 patients with thyroid nodules in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 as study subjects,and evaluated results of ultrasound evaluation and fine needle puncture pathological diagnosis for thyroid nodules.Results Under ultrasound guidance,fine needle biopsy results showed 86 cases of malignancy,197 cases of benign,and 31 cases of being unclear,which were basically consistent with surgical and pathological results(P>0.05).Accuracy of ultrasound-guided puncture was 99.33%.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided needle puncture can accurately and safely determine nature of the nodules in diagnosis of thyroid nodules,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
