Clinical Value Research of Multi-Slice Spiral CT for Acute Thoracoabdominal Trauma
Objective To analyze effect of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis for patients with acute thoracoabdominal trauma.Methods The paper chose 100 suspected patients with acute chest and abdominal trauma in our hospital for multi-slice spiral CT examination and X-ray diagnosis.Clinical effect was analyzed between two examinations,examination results were compared,and compliance rate of acute chest and abdominal trauma(mediastinal emphysema,pneumothorax,diaphragmatic injury,rib fracture,abdominal hemorrhage)was analyzed with gold standard of surgical pathological results.Results Among 100 examined patients,85 cases were pathologically diagnosed with acute chest and abdominal trauma,accounting for 85.00%.Multi slice spiral CT had higher sensitivity,accuracy,and specificity than X-ray diagnosis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Positive and negative predictive values of multi slice spiral CT were higher than X-ray diagnosis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conformity rate of mediastinal emphysema with multi slice spiral CT was higher than X-ray diagnosis(P<0.05),while conformity rate of pneumothorax,diaphragmatic injury,rib fracture,and abdominal hemorrhage was relatively lower,(P>0.05).Misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of multi slice spiral CT was lower than X-ray diagnosis,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT can achieve high diagnostic value for acute thoracoabdominal injury,reducing misdiagnosis of patients.
