Diagnostic Effect Exploration of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Transabdominal Ultrasound for Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective To observe application effect of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The paper chose 280 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2022,and divided them into groups according to different examination methods.140 cases were treated with transvaginal ultrasound examination, while the other 140 cases with transabdominal ultrasound examination.Imaging signs and diagnostic accuracy of two diagnostic methods were analyzed statistically. Results Diagnostic method of transvaginal ultrasound was better than abdominal ultrasound in terms of characteristic imaging features including intrauterine pseudogestational sac, adnexal mass or adnexal gestational sac(presence of yolk sac, embryo or primitive heart beat),pelvic fluid accumulation, with significant statistical difference,P<0.05.Diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was significantly higher than transabdominal ultrasound, with P<0.05,indicating significant difference in data. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound can achieve higher diagnostic accuracy and more obvious imaging signs than transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, which is worthy of application.
