Diagnostic Value Research of Color Doppler Ultrasound for Common Acute Abdominal Diseases of Children
Objective To analyze clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of common acute abdomen of children.Methods The paper chose 160 pediatric patients with common acute abdomen in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them in to groups according to different inspection methods,including control group(treated with CT diagnosis,n=80)and study group(with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,n=80).Difference between test results and gold standard was compared.Results After CT detection,diagnostic compliance rate of control group compared with gold standard method was 83.75%(67/80),there was significant difference between data,with P<0.05.After color Doppler ultrasound detection,diagnostic accuracy of study group compared with gold standard method was 91.25%(73/80),difference between them was not significant(P>0.05).During diagnosis of common acute abdomen of children,accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was significantly higher than CT diagnosis,and there was significant difference between the data,with(P<0.05).Conclusion Accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination is not significantly different from gold standard in diagnosis and treatment of common acute abdomen of children,diagnostic accuracy is significantly higher than CT diagnosis.
