Uric Acid Level and Influencing Factors Analysis of Health Examination Population in a Certain Hospital
Objective To explore uric acid levels and influencing factors of healthy population with physical examinations in a hospital.Methods A total of 39,211 healthy medical personnel who received uric acid testing in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2022 were selected as study samples,and were divided into two groups according to diagnosis results.Among them,patients diagnosed with hyperuricemia were in the hyperuricemia group(5685 cases),and the others were in the normal uric acid group(33526 cases).,compare the baseline data of uric acid normal group and hyperuricemia group examination,analysis of the risk factors affecting the occurrence of hyperuricemia.Results Levels of blood pressure,body mass index,total cholesterol,blood glucose,triacylglycerol and atherosclerosis in hyperuricemia group were higher than male and female health examinees in normal uric acid group,(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in age,creatinine,and urea nitrogen(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed,body mass index,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and incidence of atherosclerosis were independent risk factors affecting level of uric acid of healthy people(P<0.05).Conclusion Increase of uric acid level of healthy people is significantly related to blood sugar,total cholesterol,body mass index and triacylglycerol levels,which is an important factor of increase of incidence of atherosclerosis.
