Curative Effect Analysis of Ethnic Medicine for Early Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To analyze curative effect of ethnic medicine for early knee osteoarthritis and carry on epidemiological investigation and analysis of knee osteoarthritis of the Yugu ethnic group in Sunan County.Methods The paper carried out survey on disease situation of the Yugu ethnic group in Sunan County from January 2020 to August 2022,chose 80 patients with early knee osteoarthritis and divided them into two groups with lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,while study group with combination of sodium hyaluronate and ethnic Chinese medicine on knee joint,data were compared.Results Incidence of knee osteoarthritis of the Yugu ethnic group in Sunan County was as high as.Study group had lower knee joint range of motion and varus angle,lower VAS scores,P<0.05.After treatment,study group had higher knee joint VAS scores,P<0.05.Conclusion The Yugu ethnic group in Sunan County may suffer knee osteoarthritis more likely than Han people group.The local ethnic medicine can achieve significant effect,which can be promoted in Yugu area of Sunan County to improve disease development.
