Effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Lavage Treatment on Infection Markers of WBC,CRP and PCT of Patients with Severe Pneumonia
Objective To investigate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage treatment on the infection indicators WBC,CRP,and PCT in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 70 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 35 patients in each group.Among them, the observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchial lavage, while the control group only received conventional treatment. The improvement of the condition of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared. Results The serum level indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage therapy has been proven to be an effective method in the treatment of severe pneumonia patients. This treatment method can significantly reduce the inflammatory response, effectively lower the levels of infection indicators such as WBC,CRP,and PCT,and thus improve the overall treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application..
